Recent Survey Results: 87% Recommend (17% increase)

A recent survey with more than 600 customers demonstrated a high level of satisfaction. The survey was performed by third party web survey service The customers were asked about their satisfaction level, what features are missing and what the liked the most. Satisfactied users were 94%, 17% higher than similar surveys conducted in 2006 and 2007. One of the critical questions in every customer satisfaction survey is “Would you recommend to others?”. Slightly less than 90% responded “Will recommend”, 10% ”Have not thought”, and only 3% replied with “Will not recommend”:
